This module focuses on change management frameworks such as Kotter’s 8-Step Process and ADKAR. Building and Sustaining Team Motivation

A successful leader knows how to inspire and sustain motivation in their team. This component covers various motivational theories like Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs and Herzberg’s Two-Factor Theory, as well as practical tools for recognizing and rewarding employee contributions to keep morale high and productivity strong.
